Selling businesses is very different from selling houses. We are NOT residential realtors. Our goal is to sell for the best price as soon as possible. This is usually on average between 6-9 months.

If you are selling your business, best practice is to start meeting with us several years before, but we can usually help you get ready in a couple of months if your books are in order.  

If you are buying a business, the best practice is to meet with a banker to find out how much you can qualify for.  Resist the urge to reach out to the listings you see directly.  Let us be the ones to reach out to them in your behalf.

We are experts in getting people to sell but sometimes people will not sell for any reason.  However, many people are willing to consider an offer even if they aren’t officially for sale.

We focus on businesses between $50,000-$15,00,000, privately held companies with or without real estate.  Reach out to us for a more comprehensive list.

When we list your business, we only share non-identifying information. If someone wants to find out more information, we require them to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

In most cases, we will need at least three years of tax returns, 3 years of profit and loss reports and 3 years of balance sheets. If there is a lease involved, we will need a copy of the lease. Finally, we will need an up-to-date asset list.

We will be opening more offices through out the state and our intent is to go nationwide.

We are always looking for dedicated brokers with batteries included.  If you real a profit and loss statement, communicate effectively and have a heart for service, then you may be a good fit for our team.
